The sporting checks following Race 1 of the Italian F4 Championship at Monza have been completed. The Panel of Stewards issued several penalties that altered the final classification.

Among the most significant, a 25-second penalty was handed to Noah Killion (US Racing) for the contact with Andy Consani (R-ace GP) in the middle of the battle for the win. The Sydney-born driver therefore dropped from second place.

Also losing a podium position is Kenzo Craigie (R-ace GP), who received a 5-second penalty for a collision with Thomas Bearman (Van Amersfoort Racing).

Further notable sanctions include 10-second penalties for Alp Aksoy (Prema Racing) due to an incident with David Walther (Maffi Racing), originally classified fourth, which increases his gap in the championship standings to new leader Sammalisto. The same penalty was applied to Niccolò Maccagnani (Prema Racing) following a contact with Andre Rodriguez (Cram Motorsport), and to Chinese driver Kingsley Zheng (Prema Racing) after an incident with Lyuboslav Ruykov (Trident).

Five-second penalties were also issued to Nicolas Cortes (Jenzer Motorsport) for contact with Elia Weiss (Jenzer Motorsport), and to Fabricio Fogaca (AKM Motorsport) for overtaking Rodriguez before crossing the control line during the safety car restart.

On the grid side, Payton Westcott (R-ace GP) received a three-place grid penalty, while George Proudford-Nalder (AKM Motorsport) was handed a two-place grid drop.

The final classification therefore confirms Sammalisto as the winner, followed by Ary Bansal in second and Oleksandr Savinkov in third, completing an all-US Racing podium.
